Optimisation Team Lead for a 1 year rolling contract based in Oman.

Technical / Professional/Business/Human Competence
· Experienced Management of large Engineering groups with high
preference in  multi-technology Performance and optimization covering
2G, 3G & 4G (LTE) technology.
· Has the ability to create and drive concepts as well as directives
· Excellent Communication, Organization, Performance and Negotiation skills
· Understand vendor’s processes, knowledge of leading vendors structure an asset
· Highly motivated individual with the ability to motivate others
· Must have excellent consulting and coaching skills for knowledge share
· Very good skills in oral and written communication.
· Self starter with excellent problem solving and prioritization skills
· Ability to develop and give effective presentations to various levels
