Skills required and responsibilities for the Role:

Network Consulting Engineer to help customers maximize network availability and functionality to achieve their business goals. The NCE designs and delivers the technologies, solutions and services customers need to expertly manage their networks. In this role, the NCE must be able to execute all phases of a service lifecycle: planning, design, implementation and optimization.   The NCE is the first point of contact to the customer," working in a fast-paced, high-impact environment as a visible contributor delivering on our commitments. The ideal candidate is a creative problem solver, comfortable with challenging the status quo and rapidly responding to escalated issues. With a seasoned mix of broad networking knowledge and specific area expertise, as well as excellent Customer Relationship Management (CRM) skills, the NCE is well positioned to become a trusted advisor capable of building solid, long-term relationships with customers

 

Requirement:

- The ideal candidate must also have experience working with unified communication equipment/software as well as having a minimum of 3 years experience handling Cisco's security platform.
- Ideally worked as a network engineer for an oil and gas company.
- Candidate must be residing in Saudi with a transferable Iqama.
