Responsibilities for the Role:

Reporting directly to the Core Network Department Manager regarding the management of NGN Migration issues you will be providing Level 2 and 3 Support for all kind of moves and changes within the MSANs, Softswitches and Media Gateways or between the TDM and NGN Network. You will troubleshoot the issues in NGN side faced during the migration of PSTN,ISDN and Broadband subscribers whilst giving Level 2 and 3 Support in migration of the trunks and interconnections from legacy switches to NGN .Troubleshoot the signalling problems. You will act as the interface to the Vendor in isolation and resolution of the technical problems in all parts of the NGN including the VAS platforms. You will advise and make decisions in integration of Northbound interfaces to OSS/BSS platforms whilst Supporting in coordination with transport layer units in order to resolve the redundancy and High Level availability issues.

Skills Required for the Role:

At least 5 years field experience in ZTE NGN Core and Access Networks

Fluent English .Chinese preferred

Free to travel within the country, driving license is preferred
