REMARKS:

The task is very huge for engineer who can't create macro or custom tools, so if you don't have XLS & Access VBA Macro experience please don't apply.

REQUIREMENTS:

Must have NSN (Nokia) NetAct OSS system experience.

Understanding NSN Performance Measurement Table, P_NBSC_XXX (2G), NOKRWW_XXX (3G).

Able how to get the Mxxx counter using Oracle SQL in NetAct system (NetAct KPI browser/KPI editor license is not available here)

Understanding XML creation using PLAN Edit, XML troubleshooting, consistency check.

Understanding external EWCE, EGCE, ADJx updating due to LAC,CI,NCC,BCC,BCCH,SC,UARFC modification.

Oracle SQL scripting is a must.

Unix/Linux shell scripting is a must.

Able to work efficient with advance skill on reporting.

Able to create Macro VB Excel & Access.

Advance Reporting on Network Level, RNC Level and able to create tools to optimized work load.

JOB DESK:

-All KPI's are custom formula, not using default NSN RSRAN KPI Formula. Oracle SQL for Nokia NetAct experience is must.

-Maintenance Unix/Ubuntu Server. Must have shell script and unix administration experience.

-Maintenance Unix Cronjob and Adding Additional SQL counter/KPI script.

-Maintenance 2G/3G raw data.

-Creating Oracle SQL script for counter & custom 2G/3G KPI formula.

-Providing 2G/3G counter/custom KPI report based on request (it must be collected using Oracle SQL,not using reporting suite).

-Providing & Maintenance Daily,Weekly Report (3G Only)

                Network Level Main KPI,RNC Level,City/Area Level.

                Network Level  Capacity Report (Network Level): IuCS, IuPS, IuR, IP Route, PCH Load, CID Utilizaton.

                Worst Cell List.

-Preparing the XML for 3G parameter implementation using Plan Edit and endorse it to the NOC.

-Preparing the XML for 3G site deletion and creation: COCO, WBTS, WCEL, WCEL_AC, WCEL_PS, ADJS, ADJI, ADJG, ADJW.

-XML Troubleshooting for any error and discrepancy check related to ADJx Planning.

-Discrepancy check after LAC splitting, rehoming, reparenting.
