Tangent International is seeking Expert Service Engineers with
experience or Training in Evo Controlling (Ericsson new RNC
Generation)

Candidates must have all experience above to apply and have extensive
Ericsson equipment experience.

We expect the engineers are covering the following basic skills & requirements :

• Minimum for 5 years hands-on experience in Ericsson RAN Products
• combined with minimum 1 year experience in Ericsson LTE Product
• Capable of the RBS/RNC integrations, trouble shooting and execute test cases.
• Able to define acceptance scopes and test items.
• Able to discuss at specification level with other engineers.
• Are good in explanation towards the customer what is ongoing .
• Are experienced with the Ericsson software tools like MOShell, EMAS, OSS-RC.
• Have a perfect understanding how to run remote integrations of the
• RNC’s nodes including related RAN product configurations.
• Know perfectly well the processes and procedures of Software Upgrades,
• First Node Implementation, Feature Activations.
• Know perfectly how to run a system and functionality tests.
• Have sufficient knowledge of IP Networks

Ericsson is expecting that the presented engineers have:

1. At least a Technical University Degree (BSc, MSc or similar grade).
2. If the candidate does not have BSc. Degree, he/she must have minimum
3. 10 years experience at the same role with job title in Japan (as a
   requirement for Certificate of Eligibility).
4. Perfect communication skills oral and written in English, in Japanese
   will be highly considered.
5. Excellent capacities to work both independently and in teams.
