I am looking for an experienced 2G/3G, 2nd/3rd Level Support expert/Consultant

The required skills for the role are:

• 4+ years of experience in NSN 2G&3G support with Hands on experience on Netact management system, RU20 and RG20
• Must be able to collect Trace, interpret, analyze and report them to top management.
• Ability to detect HW and SW issues affecting network's quality and set recommendations and corrective measures
• Ability to assist field engineers in replacing network's HW.
• Ability to set initiatives for enhancing network's quality.
• Ability to work with NSN's care team through logs and traces collection.
• Ability to check NSN outsourced teams operational actions and validate their outcome.
• Provide transfer Knowledge
• Fluent in English.
