We are looking for Engineers/ Leads/ Mgrs

Roles and responsibilities
Responsible for RF system design for the small cell base stations and access points
Shall be responsible coordinating and work with ODM to review the RF design at various stages of product development
Shall contribute to define RF test requirements and shall be responsible for reviewing the test reports for product acceptance and qualifications
Shall be responsible for failure analysis and product sustenance
Shall be responsible for support of the product in the field for issues related to RF planning
Shall interact with RF chipset vendors to identify the chipsets for RF subsystem and review the datasheets and test reports for compliance with the RF system requirements
Shall be able to review the RFPs for compliances

Skills
Expertise in RF System Design – Design of Power Amplifier, Transceiver, PLL Synthesizer, for Cellular Base stations
Expertise in RF Simulations, RF Test and debugging for Cellular Base stations
Experience in RF design with integrated radio transceivers
Experience in antenna design
Good understanding of LTE/HSPA/WiMAX/GSM/CDMA technologies and microwave backhaul
Experienced in Product design cycle, good understanding of thermal design, enclosure design for RF
Experience in product sustenance
Exposure to customer and vendor interaction
MSEE with 12+ yrs or BSEE with 14+ yrs of relevent experience
