Team Leader Required Urgently for a CSM (Customer Service Management) Posistion in the U.A.E
Tangent are currently looking for a Team Leader Required Urgently for a CSM position to work a 6 month extendable contract in UAE
The job description is as follows:
JOB DESCRIPTION
1. 8 - 10 years experience in mobile telecom with ample exposure on Customer Care
2. Very good ability to manage a team and fulfil service level agreement.
3. Should have experience for high level technical trouble shooting, especially related to customer services
4. Should have strong communication skills and ability to handle critical and VIP customers
5. Be able to balance between customers satisfaction and deliverables
6. Have the ability to track effectively the top import network issues and customers requirement
7. Have sensibility and foresight to achieve and exceed SLA and KPI
8. Be very good at making PPT slides and giving presentation to customer high management.
PLEASE STATE:
How much experience you have on mobile telecom with ample exposure on Customer Care?
How much team lead or management experience you have?
Have you ever worked for Huawei? ( if yes, when? where? doing what? how long?)
THE RATE
We are very flexible on the rate so please STATE your minimum expectation (USD per month all inclusive) + Visa + Flights + Medical Insurance
