• Ascom-Tems Investigation
• Mentum-Planning
• Comscore-Xplore

5+ years telecom experience, out of which at least 3 years in Huawei 3G optimization;
Demonstrated research and problem solving skills via prior work experience;
Experience with Huawei 3G infrastructure/equipment, specific parameters, features, configurations;
Knowledge of 3G Multicarrier optimization, code planning, Paging Group planning, and multi-technology Neighbor list optimization;
Strong competence in multi-carrier 3G and 2G traffic balance and off-loading strategies (2G/3G);
Excellent team work skills;
Excellent 3G Radio Knowledge (Radio Propagation, Air Interface and Protocols, Cellular NW principle, Interference, Traffic estimation);
Excellent understanding of RAN features and parameters;
