Job Description

1. Good experience in Genband (Nortel) C5 NGN and Acme SBC
2. Technical SME and Competence skills.
3. Have experience for high level technical trouble shooting, especially for network performance and services related.
4. Have strong communication ability with customer and handle VIP care cases.
5. Understanding Operation of Multivendor Core Environment.
6. Responsible for SME Fixed Core application, Trouble Ticket, Change Request and Acceptance Testing.
7. Fixed Core Optimization and performance evaluation based on defined targets.

Knowledge

Knowledge about the following desired
(a) Genband C20, CBM, CMT, IEMS, STORM, SAM21, Session server, Media Server, USP, MG15000
(b) SS7, SIGTRAN, SIP, BICC, TCP/IP
(c) Software Upgrade and License Installation
(d) KPI Analysis and Fixed Core network optimization
(e) ACME Packet - SBC
