Back Office Manager for a large telecom client in Kabul, Afghanistan.
6 months rolling contract
Responsibilities:
- Managing Network Operations Center - Back Office 2nd Level Operations 2G&3G Network (Core, Radio, Access)
- Able to identify network operations issue and manage to resolve the problem
- Managing Network Operations Center - Back Office 2nd Level Operations 2G&3G Network (Core, Radio, Access)
- Result oriented with good skills in leading and motivating people and conscious of responsibility.
- Flexible and responsive to changing work patterns and demands. A thorough and methodical approach to work.
- Interface with System Support Vendor and managing Trouble Management with vendor
- Analyze & implement training needs for back office personnel and provide mentorship
- Ensure the Back Office is adequately staffed according to the service delivery KPI
- Provide necessary Management reports of Back Office performance
- Define back office routines, schedules and reporting based on goals and priorities defined by Management & Control / Operations management
- Well verse with Trouble Management System and Performance Management System
- Planning of work for Back Office based on main goals and priorities defined by operations management
- Authorize NMS system / support systems and / or utilization of additional and specialized (custom) tools used
Requirement:
- Minimum of 8 years relevant experience in a Mobile network environment (Ericsson Core and Transmission SDH PDH)
- 2G and 3G experience
